Okay, so I want to lose weight. The best way to do this is to stop eating cheeseburgers and fries for lunch, and to start walking around the block more than once a week. Anyone can do that, right? Well, the correct answer would be wrong, at least not without some help. I took in less calories and I exercised more, but I was not losing the weight. I decided to look at some reviews on Idealshakes flavors after a friend of mine suggested that I try a meal replacement shake to see if that would help me out more.
I had heard of people drinking shakes instead of eating a meal, and I really did not see a downside to that. There was the potential, if the shakes did not taste good, which is why I first wanted to see what people were saying about the flavors. I knew that I would not have a problem if it taste good, so I was very relieved to see that people were not only enjoying the taste but being satisfied after drinking them as well. What I mean by that is that after people drink one, they are full.
To me, there is nothing that shouts success more than that. Even after eating a cheeseburger and fries, I still wanted to have more. I would usually get dessert from somewhere, and that alone is more calories than I should have eaten for most of the day. I started drinking the shakes that same week, and I was surprised when my weekly weight ins at home continued to go down. For me, the only way I could have lost all of my weight was with my meal replacement shakes, and that is why I continue to drink them to this day. They are delicious, and they keep me at my goal weight too!
